PROSOCO R-Guard® Spray Wrap MVP is a fluid-applied air and water-resistive barrier engineered to stop air and water leakage in cavity wall, masonry veneer, stucco, EIFS, and most other building wall assemblies. Applied as a liquid, it dries quickly into a rubberized, highly durable, water-resistant, vapor-permeable membrane that conforms and adheres to most common building surfaces. Designed for contractors working on above-grade wall systems, Spray Wrap MVP delivers superior protection against water intrusion while minimizing condensation risk within wall cavities. It is intended to be used as the primary air barrier over above-grade wall assemblies prepared with R-Guard Joint & Seam Filler and/or R-Guard FastFlash.
