Application Instructions

Surface Preparation

1. Protect people, vehicles, property, polished masonry, concrete, and other surfaces not intended for cleaning from product, residue, splash, fumes, and wind drift.
2. Avoid exposing building occupants to mists during application.
3. Ensure air and surface temperatures are 50°F (10°C) or above. Do not clean when temperatures are below freezing or will drop below freezing overnight.
4. If surfaces have been exposed to freezing temperatures, allow concrete to thaw fully before cleaning.

Dilution & Mixing

1. Always dilute Cleaner/Degreaser with water before use. Do not apply concentrate undiluted.
2. Select dilution ratio based on soil type:
   • Heavy oil & grease removal: 1 part concentrate to 4 parts water
   • Light oil & grease films: 1 part concentrate to up to 50 parts water
   • Adhesive tape residues: 1 part concentrate to up to 19 parts water
   • Paint and sealer residues: 1 part concentrate to up to 9 parts water
   • Daily maintenance cleaning: 1 part concentrate to 100–200 parts water
   • High-pressure washers or auto scrubbers: 1 part concentrate to minimum 50 parts water
