STAIN-PROOF® 40SK Consolidator & Water Repellent

STAIN-PROOF® 40SK Consolidator & Water Repellent is a premium impregnating sealer designed to protect porous natural stone, concrete, brick, terracotta, pavers, grout, and masonry from water and salt damage. This invisible, breathable treatment penetrates deep below the surface to provide long-lasting water repellency while strengthening friable materials and helping prevent deterioration caused by moisture and salts.

Recommended Applications

Ideal for building facades, floors, walls, patios, garages, kitchens, swimming pool surrounds, paving, entertainment areas, and other porous masonry surfaces exposed to water and salts.

Application Instructions

• Always test on a small inconspicuous area first.
• Ensure surfaces are clean, dry, and free of contaminants.
• Apply without thinning using a low-pressure sprayer, brush, or similar applicator.
• Apply two wet-on-wet coats approximately 10 minutes apart.
• Remove all excess product before it dries on the surface.
• Allow 3 to 4 weeks for full curing and maximum performance.

Warranty

When applied by an accredited applicator following the manufacturer's written installation and maintenance guidelines, 40SK may qualify for a 15-year performance warranty for approved applications.

Important Notes

• Do not apply over previously sealed surfaces without proper preparation.
• Remove excess product from dense surfaces to prevent residue.
• For saltwater pool coping, dip sealing before installation is recommended.
• Allow at least 2 weeks of curing before applying STAIN-PROOF stain protection over 40SK.
